Chen Xiexia of China wins Weightlifting gold
In the Women's 48kg, Chen Xiexia of China took the first gold awarded for Weightlifting. The event was held at the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics Gymnasium on Day 1 of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
