ROK confirms Archery dominance with Men's Team gold

The two-time defending Olympic champion Republic of Korea out shot Italy for the gold medal in the Archery Men's Team final.

The ROK team of Im Dong-Hyun, Lee Chang-Hwan and Park Kyung-Mo scored 227 out of a possible 240 points. The Italian team of Ilario di Buo, Marco Galiazzo and Mauro Nespoli took the silver medal with 225 points.

The Chinese team of Jiang Lin, Li Wenquan and Xue Haifeng took third place after a close 222-219 victory over Ukraine in the bronze medal match.

The team's win brings ROK its third consecutive Olympic Archery Men's Team gold a day after the ROK Women's team secured its impressive sixth Olympic title.
