Knee operation to sideline McLeod
The Adelaide Crows say Andrew McLeod will have knee surgery this week and be out of action for three months.
McLeod will have his right knee operated on on Tuesday.
Phil Harper, from the Crows, says McLeod will be back next season.
"He'll probably miss eight weeks of work that the other players will have," he said.
"But he's been doing a fair bit of work over the last few weeks so he's at a reasonable level of fitness anyway.
"And we all know the class of Andrew as a player, so I don't think it'll set him back too far and he should by up and firing early in the season."
