Mohali Test - India 104/1 at lunch on day One
Electing to bat, India reached 104 for one with Gautam Gambhir striking an unbeaten half-century on day one of the second cricket Test against Australia at Punjab Cricket Association Stadium here Friday.
Gambhir was batting on a strokeful 53 while Rahul Dravid (11) was providing him company after Mitchell Johnson removed Virender Sehwag (35) caught behind.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni is leading the side in absence of regular skipper Anil Kumble, who is sitting out of the match with a shoulder injury. Leg-spinner Amit Mishra is making his debut.
